Now, Discover Your Strengths

This site gets a good majority of hits from the Google search, “Clifton Strength Finder“.

If that’s why you are here right now, thank you for stopping by. You are probably here for this. I hope it interests you. The rest of the site probably won’t. But you could check out the productivity category, or the management tag for more posts you may enjoy at some other point in time. Since you are here, however….please leave a comment on the Strenths Finder post if you read it. Did you take the test? What did you think? etc… I would love to generate some discussion. Also, if you know of a good thread elsewhere, please drop that in a comment as well. Or contact me. [--crickets chirping--] Have a nice day.

    Hello :)
I took the Strengthsfinder 2.0 test. My aunt sent it to me as a birthday gift, and, i admit that I was really curious to see what see what she was so amazed with. I wasn’t very surprised with my results, however, except for one particular strength. It only gave me my top five, not top ten, or lowest five, which could have been helpful. In addition, Gallup does offer to give you your complete results, but you would have to pay several thousand dollars to get them. I, for one, am not willing to pay that much for something that by rights should already belong to me.
So, I enjoyed discovering my strengths, but was unimpressed with missing information and so-called “action plans”.
